The U.S. men’s national team is scheduled to play Belgium Monday night in the World Cup Round of 16, and a social media post urged fans planning to drink to find a designated driver, the post said.
The post encouraged fans attending watch parties to buckle up and to designate a sober driver if they will be drinking, according to the message shared online.
The message also stated that “safe driving is always the goal” and included the hashtags #USMNT, #WorldCup and #DriveSmartMS, the post showed.
