The Mississippi Department of Transportation said the right southbound lane of Interstate 220 between Interstate 55 and Hanging Moss Road (Exit 9) in Madison County will be closed for bridge repairs.
The agency said the closure will begin at 7 p.m. Friday, May 15, and continue through 6 a.m. Monday, May 18.
MDOT identified the work as bridge repair and said the closure affects only the right southbound lane in the specified corridor.
Motorists can view a map and additional information on MDOT’s traffic website, the agency said.
