Marginal risk for severe storms issued for parts of Arkansas, Mississippi

A marginal risk for severe storms has been issued for parts of east-central Arkansas and north Mississippi, forecasters said.

They said a complex of storms is likely to push into the area later this afternoon.

Forecasters said damaging winds are the main threat from the system.
