The Mississippi Department of Transportation urged fans traveling to Oklahoma City to use its free MDOT Traffic App as Mississippi State heads to what the post called the program’s first Women’s College World Series appearance, the agency said in a social media post.
The social media post told fans not to be an “underdawg” and reminded them to bring broccoli, using a broccoli emoji, MDOT said.
The post included hashtags tied to the travel advisory and the event, including #MShwys, #HailState, #OKCDawgs, #NCAASoftball and #RoadToGameDay, the department said.
The department did not provide additional travel details in the post, MDOT said.
