Mississippi DPS opens applications for Cadet Class 71 through Aug. 29

The Mississippi Department of Public Safety announced on its website that applications for Cadet Class 71 are open through Aug. 29.

The agency said it is hiring and encouraged prospective applicants not to delay. The announcement appeared on the department’s site, dps.ms.gov.

The department’s post included references to public safety, law enforcement and training, the website said.

Interested applicants are directed to the Mississippi Department of Public Safety website for application details and submission instructions. The department reiterated the Aug. 29 deadline on its site.
