TUPELO, Miss. — A Lee County man was sentenced to 12 years in prison after pleading guilty to trafficking methamphetamine, according to court documents.
Senior Circuit Judge Paul S. Funderburk sentenced Will Orlando Hadley on August 18, 2026, to 40 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. The sentence includes 28 years suspended, meaning Hadley will serve 12 years day-for-day. He is not eligible for parole or early release.
Upon release, Hadley will be subject to five years of post-release supervision, court records show. His offenses were investigated by the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit, with assistance from the Tupelo Police Department and Tupelo Fire Department, according to the district attorney’s office.
Assistant District Attorney Megan French prosecuted the case on behalf of the state. District Attorney Jason D. Herring commended the collaborative effort of law enforcement agencies to combat drug trafficking in the community.
