Mississippi trooper pinned by father after graduating Cadet Class No. 70

Trooper Brylen Edmondson graduated Friday with Cadet Class No. 70 and was pinned by his father, Trooper and MBI Agent Bradley Edmondson, the Mississippi Department of Public Safety said.

The department congratulated Edmondson and said he will begin his career serving the people of Mississippi and “following the footsteps of his father, someone he has always admired,” according to the department’s post.

The Mississippi Department of Public Safety posted photos of the graduation ceremony, the department said.
