Open-mic night is scheduled for Thursday, June 19, from 7 to 9 p.m. at The Cut-Off, 204 S. Commerce St., in downtown Ripley, Ripley Main Street said.
The event will welcome singers, musicians, poets and comedians, Ripley Main Street said. Performers can sign up for a time slot by scanning a QR code provided by organizers.
Organizers described the evening as family-friendly and asked performers to bring music ready to play via Bluetooth, Ripley Main Street said.
As part of the Downtown After Hours series, Ripley Main Street said participating downtown shops will remain open until 7 p.m. on the remaining Fridays in June. Organizers encouraged attendees to shop, dine and stay downtown for the evening.
