The Mississippi Department of Transportation said both directions of State Route 487 between State Route 35 and Crowder Creek Road in Leake County will be closed from midnight to approximately 7 a.m. on July 30 for culvert and pipe repair.
MDOT advised drivers to seek alternate routes during the full shutdown period, saying the closure will affect traffic in the area for the duration of the work.
