Mississippi State’s offense erupted against Texas A&M on Thursday, a performance commentators said has all but secured the Bulldogs a host site for the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
Commentators Brian Hadad and Brooks Bryan said the Bulldogs “scorched” the Aggies at the plate and delivered a strong start to the weekend.
Hadad and Bryan also noted the game was marred by late-inning mistakes. They said those miscues made what should have been an easier win and could cost Mississippi State later this weekend.
The commentators discussed the positive start and outlined ways the Diamond Dawgs could maintain momentum, according to Hadad and Bryan.
