Pike County, Miss. — A motorcyclist died after a crash on Highway 575 in Pike County, the Mississippi Highway Patrol reported.
The crash happened just before 11:45 a.m. Thursday. Troopers said a 1999 Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling north when it collided with another vehicle.
The rider was identified as William Shultz, 39, of Tylertown. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. No additional details were available at this time.
