Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said Sunday he was “concerned” that the U.S. and Iranian governments have “different” views of the deal the two sides have agreed to, according to a statement from the lawmaker.
“I am pleased to hear the memorandum of understanding with Iran to allow the Strait of Hormuz to open has been agreed to,” Graham said in the statement.
The excerpt of Graham’s remarks provided to news outlets ends with the words “I will…” and does not include any further comment or elaboration.
