Wyoming secretary of state projected to win GOP primary for U.S. House

Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray, a Republican, was projected to win the GOP primary for the state’s at-large U.S. House seat, Decision Decision HQ reported.

The nonpartisan election handicapper Cook Political Report rates the seat as leaning solidly Republican, the report said.

If Gray wins the general election later this year, he would succeed Rep. Harriet Hageman, R-Wyo.

The projections and ratings were reported by Decision Decision HQ and the Cook Political Report, respectively.
