Northeast Mississippi Community College said President Ford and First Lady LuAnne hosted a summer social offering homemade muffins, coffee and time to reconnect before the new school year.

Ricky G. Ford, president of Northeast, said state funding for workforce training, faculty retention, campus improvements and adult education could shape Mississippi’s community colleges in a TigerTalk episode.

Northeast said promotions, confidence and degrees are closer than people think and encouraged them to start now by visiting nemcc.edu.
