Ripley Public Library said it will hold Book Bingo Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to noon at 308 North Commerce Street in Ripley. Participants can play bingo, hear stories and win books.

Dana Jones, the former Prentiss city clerk, was arrested on charges of embezzling more than $460,000 from the city, according to the Mississippi State Auditor’s Office.
