ATH announced that Meet the Tigers will kick off the 2026-27 athletic season Tuesday, Aug. 18, at 5:30 p.m. at Tiger Stadium.
Student-athletes from 11 athletic programs will be introduced, ATH said.
The Showband from Tigerland is scheduled to perform, ATH said.
The football team is set to close the night with its final preseason scrimmage, ATH said. ATH promoted the event on social media with the hashtag #TigerTown.
