Construction crews are making significant progress on the reconstruction of the I-10 Diamondhead interchange in Hancock County, with work expected to wrap up in July 2026, according to the Mississippi Department of Transportation.
Charles Busby, MDOT Southern District Transportation Commissioner, praised the project, saying, “I’m proud to see significant headway made on large projects around the region, and I’m especially pleased to see work wrapping up on key projects, such as the Diamondhead interchange.”
