Heat Advisory Issued for Much of Mid-South; Heat Index Expected to Top 105 Degrees

The National Weather Service in Memphis said a Heat Advisory is in effect for tomorrow across much of the Mid-South.

The agency said heat indices of 105 degrees or higher are expected and warned that dangerous heat will persist for at least the next seven days.

The National Weather Service advised limiting time outdoors this week.
