Miss. Department of Public Safety applications due Aug. 29, agency says

Applications for positions with the Mississippi Department of Public Safety close Aug. 29, the department said.

Recruiters with the department urged prospective applicants to submit materials before the deadline, saying it is an opportunity to begin a career in public safety.

Prospective applicants can submit applications at dps.ms.gov or contact department recruiters to learn more, the agency said.

The department encouraged interested individuals to apply promptly and said recruiters are available to answer questions about the hiring process.
