Tupelo man arrested on four counts of credit card fraud
The Tupelo Police Department said Kelvin L. Phillips, 34, was arrested May 2 and charged with four counts of credit card fraud.
The department said the case stems from a March 13 report in which a victim reported a missing credit card and later discovered it had been used multiple times at businesses in the City of Tupelo without permission.
Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Allen ordered Phillips held on a $10,000 bond on May 3, the court said.
The Tupelo Police Department said the case will be presented to the Lee County Grand Jury.
