Tupelo woman arrested after vehicle chase and ramming
Tupelo police arrested an 18-year-old woman after a vehicle chase and ramming incident that ended in the parking lot of the Walmart Neighborhood Market at 316 S. Gloster St. on July 28, the Tupelo Police Department said.
Officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving a vehicle chasing and ramming another vehicle, the department said. After an investigation, police arrested Ivyana Jones and charged her with felony malicious mischief, the department said.
On July 29, Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Jay Weir set Jones’ bond at $5,000, court records show.
The case will be presented to the Lee County grand jury, the Tupelo Police Department said.
