According to Monroe County Sheriff’s Department, William H. Maddox, 22, of Amory, was transported from Georgia to Monroe County. This indivdual was charged this week with possession and distribution of child pornography, along with conspiracy charges for child pornography production and sexual battery involving a minor in Lee County. Maddox was conspiring with a minor, who is already in custody without bond. The minor is said to face charges for child sexual battery and child pornography. Maddox is now held at the Monroe County Detention Center pending a bond hearing, with his bond yet to be determined.
