Nebraska Rep. Don Bacon considers 2028 presidential run

Rep. Don Bacon, a Nebraska Republican, said he is considering running for president in 2028. Bacon, who is set to leave Congress next year, previously floated a White House bid and expressed interest in running again.

In an interview to be released Saturday, Bacon said he would “love” to run for president. “I won’t lie. Yes, I would,” he said, according to the interview transcript.
