Vince Neil’s girlfriend Rain Andreani arrested in Williamson County on domestic assault charges
Rain Andreani, the longtime girlfriend of Mötley Crüe singer Vince Neil, was arrested Nov. 1 in Williamson County, Tenn., on domestic assault-related charges and was released the next day on a $5,000 bond, according to arrest records obtained by Fox News Digital from the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office. She is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 3.
TMZ reported that Andreani struck Neil after an argument and damaged the singer’s home; Fox News Digital cited the arrest records for the charges and booking information.
Fox News Digital identified Andreani, 45, as a celebrity makeup artist who began her relationship with Neil in 2011. The outlet said the two have appeared on numerous red carpets together and participated in an episode of the television show Wife Swap in 2015.
Fox News Digital also summarized Neil’s personal background, saying he is 65 and has been married four times previously. The outlet listed his children—Neil (48), Elle (43) and Skylar (who died in August 1995 at age four)—and the names and dates of his prior marriages.
Fox News Digital reported that Neil suffered a severe stroke in December 2024 and that he discussed his recovery with the Las Vegas Review-Journal in September 2025. The outlet said Mötley Crüe postponed some 2025 dates in March of that year, that Neil returned to the stage in August 2025 in Boston, and that the band played the first rescheduled date of their Las Vegas residency in September 2025.
