Mississippi disaster centers to close for Labor Day
The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency said its Disaster Service Centers in Hancock, Harrison, Stone and Pearl River counties will be closed Saturday, Sept. 5, through Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of the Labor Day holiday.
Residents have until 6 p.m. tonight to visit a center before the holiday, the agency said.
The centers will reopen Tuesday, Sept. 8, at noon, the agency said.
