The Mississippi Department of Transportation is asking residents to review and comment on its draft 2027-2030 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program, a four-year plan for proposed transportation projects and investments across the state, MDOT said.
MDOT said the public comment period on the draft ends Aug. 4. The agency said residents can review the draft and submit comments on MDOT’s website.
The Statewide Transportation Improvement Program, or STIP, outlines proposed projects and investment priorities for the 2027-2030 period, MDOT said.
