Guntown man charged with felony shoplifting in Tupelo
Jordan T. Ivy, 34, of Guntown, was arrested May 7 and charged with felony shoplifting, Tupelo police said.
Police said officers were dispatched April 15 to the Walmart at 2270 West Main Street after store employees reported that an individual had stolen merchandise from the store multiple times.
After a further investigation, officers arrested Ivy on May 7, police said. Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Weir ordered Ivy held on $5,000 bond, court records show.
The case will be presented to the Lee County grand jury, authorities said.
