MEMA: Tropical Storm Warnings, Coastal Flood Warning in effect for Mississippi Gulf Coast

The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) said Wednesday, July 22, 2026, that Tropical Storm Warnings are in effect for the Mississippi Gulf Coast as Tropical Storm Bertha moves westward through the Gulf.

MEMA said tropical storm conditions are expected to continue through the day as Bertha moves westward.

A Coastal Flood Warning is also in effect for Mississippi, MEMA said.

MEMA urged residents to stay safe.
