The National Weather Service in Memphis, Tennessee, warned of an active weather pattern that could bring multiple rounds of strong to severe storms in the coming days, the agency said.
The agency said the first threats are expected overnight Sunday into Monday morning, with another round possible Monday afternoon.
The main concerns, the National Weather Service said in a social media post, are damaging winds and heavy downpours that could lead to localized flooding.
The warning was posted on the National Weather Service Memphis office’s social media account, the agency said.
