The Mississippi Department of Transportation says SR 487 will be closed between State Route 35 and Crowder Creek Road from midnight to about 7 a.m. on July 30; drivers should use alternate routes.

A social media post said new adult education classes will begin Monday, Aug. 10, at 8 a.m. and directed adults to register online for high school equivalency, job skills and career training.
