The Mississippi Department of Transportation said the Miller Road and Craft Road bridges over U.S. 78 in Olive Branch will close for repairs beginning 7 a.m. Aug. 18, with staggered reopening dates in September.

The Tupelo Police Department said Sergeant Parker, Officer McKinney and Corporal Miller demonstrated the department’s drone program at UAM Aviation Day this past weekend to show how the technology supports public safety.

Zandria S. Smith and Exzadrian S. Smith were arrested in connection with multiple thefts at a Tupelo Walmart, authorities say.
